With the 2024 model LiveLife Alarm pendant your client can enjoy independence and peace of mind. The alarm works anywhere in Australia where there is Telstra mobile coverage – not just at home. Our 24/7 monitoring centre is notified when the wearer presses the SOS/Heart button or when a fall is detected. Within 60 seconds of activation, one of our monitoring centre team members will call into the alarm to speak to the wearer via clear, two-way voice.

From month two, the fee for a professionally monitored alarm is $39 per month.
