An SOS alarm that works using available mobile network coverage – not just at home. Our 24/7 monitoring centre is notified when the device is activated by a press of the SOS button or when a fall is detected. Within 60 seconds of activation, our A1 rated monitoring centre will call into the device and arrange the help needed.
How it works?

If the wearer needs help they simply press the SOS/Heart button.
If the wearer has a fall, the LiveLife Alarm (both watch and pendant) is equipped with automatic fall detection technology.

The alarm will contact our 24/7 monitoring centre. Within 60 seconds, the wearer will receive a call from our monitoring centre and will be able to communicate using the 2 way voice capability of the alarm, whether they are at home or out and about.

Our monitoring centre will assess the situation and call an ambulance or family member, if required.

The monitoring centre will stay on the line with the wearer until help arrives.
SOS Button
When help is needed, just press the SOS/Heart button (on the pendant) or press the side SOS button (on the watch) to activate your device.
Fall Detection
When a major fall is detected, our Personal Alarms will activate and notify our A1 Graded Monitoring Centre.
24/7 Monitoring centre
Our A1 graded monitoring centre operates 24/7 giving the wearer peace of mind, day and night.
Response within 60 seconds
Once an alarm is activated, the monitoring centre will call the device within 60 seconds.
Built-in speakerphone
The built in speakerphone allows crystal clear 2 way voice communication with our monitoring centre team.
GPS location
When the LiveLife Alarm is activated, the wearer’s location is sent to our monitoring centre via GPS so we know where they are.
Showerproof
With a waterproof rating of IP7, the LiveLife Alarm pendant and watch can be worn in the shower or rain.
4GX Network
Operates on the modern 4GX Network using Telstra via included SIM.

Frequently Asked Questions
Family and friends can call into the device if they know the alarm number. However, the device can only make outbound calls to our monitoring centre. If help is needed, the wearer can simply press the SOS button and our monitoring team members will be in contact within 60 seconds to assist.
If the wearer or their family decides that a professionally monitoring service is no longer needed, simply call us on 1800 936 774 and advise our team that you would like to switch to the monitored by family & friends model.
No, LiveLife Alarms devices are mobile and will advise of the wearer’s location anywhere in Australia with Telstra coverage. The Docking station/ beacon should always be left at home, the wearer only needs to take the travel charger with them.
When the SOS button is pressed, the voice prompts will alert the wearer that the alarm has been activated. In the event that the alert is not cancelled, the monitoring centre will call into the device. The wearer should simply advise that it was accidental.
The SOS button should be pressed in any situation where the wearer may need assistance – if they feel ill, had a fall, or feel at risk.
Monitoring fees are charged monthly. However, discounts apply should the customer choose to pay for 3 months or more, in advance.
